Downtown Burbank Arts Festival Draws Record Crowds

A world of creativity and imagination was celebrated at the Downtown Burbank Arts Festival on May 18th and 19th. The event featured 200 world-famous animators, trend-setting indie creators, cosplayers recreating favorite animated characters, live entertainment, and much more!

The Festival brought together ground-breaking digital and special effects animators selling their personal work, along with inventive artisans hawking handmade housewares such as candles and ceramics, fashion and accessory designers, body products, and visual art for a one-of-a-kind festival experience unique to Southern California.

New this year was the Jackalope Indie Artisan Fair, which curated the festival’s 100 indie craft exhibitors. Los Angeles-based Jackalope Indie Artisan Fair specializes in uniting local culture with high-quality artisans that are carefully selected for the ultimate in handmade shopping experience.
